Alternative options: Mackerel, trout, tuna, and sardines will be good too if you are bored of salmon.

  • Walnuts

Taking about 5 ounces of walnuts weekly may help to reduce the risk of heart disease. Walnuts have many monounsaturated fats that help to cut down the bad cholesterol and raise the good cholesterol.

Alternative options: Almonds, cashews, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and pistachios can be used as alternatives.
